Bull Hotel

The Bull dates back to 1688, situated along the old London to Oxford road, at a time when it was one of the prinicpal coaching routes in England. Whilst there remains a real committment to the traditional values of a warm welcome.

The hotel boasts an entry in the Guiness Book of Records for the longest frontage of any coaching tavern in England, which remains largely as it was in 1688. Many improvements have been made to the interior over the years, whilst the facilities are modern, the decor is sympathetic to the original building. Leather Chesterfield sofas blend perfectly with beamed ceilings, ensuring the hotel retains its old world atmosphere and charm.
